In Pakistan

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.1500. Orders of less than Rs.1500 will be charged a flat rate of Rs.150 for delivery.
The projected delivery time for all domestic orders is 4-10working days.

International Orders

Currently we are not offering International delivery.

Returns

JAYQEU has a hassle free and trustworthy returns policy that is FREE of charge for all orders within Paksitan. You can contact JAYQEU Customer Services at cs@jayqeu.com

Call JAYQEU Customer Service and request a return.
Log in the reason for your returning the item with our staff.
Our courier partner is instructed to collect the items from you.
 We will send a replacement item in exchange OR
We will issue you a refund coupon once the items reach our warehouse

You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different size or order any other item that you like.

This voucher will be redeemable on our website for the price of the item that you just returned. You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different size or order any other item that you like!

Please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any).

Cancellations

At JAYQEU, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it important that you notify us at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send an order cancellation request to JAYQEU Customer Service at cs@jayqeu.com and we will take care of everything!

If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. The best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher.
