Q. How can I place an order at Jayqeu?
A. Simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Select your favorite items, choose your size and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Tell us where you would like us to ship them
3. Complete the checkout process!
4. Once you confirm your order we will call you just to make sure we got everything right.

And you are done! We will deliver your selected items, at your doorstep! All orders above Rs 1,500 qualify for FREE delivery. Orders below this amount, there is Rs 150 shipping cost.

Q. What if I forgot my password?
A. It is easy to reset your password. Just click on “Account” (top right) and then on “Forgot Password” in the Registered Customers box. Type your email address and click “Submit”. Your new password will be automatically emailed to your email address within a couple of minutes.

Q. How can I return an item?
A. Jayqeu has a hassle free and trustworthy returns policy that is FREE of charge for all orders within Pakistan.  You can contact Jayqeu Customer Services at or e-mail us at sales@jayqeu.com

 

Q. What is the return notice period?
A. Jayqeu has a free of charge 7-day Return Policy for all products. The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better it is! Please note that the items must be in an unused condition and contain the original tags and packaging (if any).

Q. What happens to the voucher I use to buy an item and then buy an item I ask for a return/exchange?
A. If you used a voucher to purchase an item from our website, then we just add the amount of the voucher to your return coupon. For example, you order t-shirt for Rs 1,000 and used Rs 300 voucher as a mode of payment, along with Rs 700 cash. However, if the t-shirt do not fit and you want to exchange them for a different size, then we still provide you with a Rs 1,000 coupon so that you won’t lose the benefit of your earlier voucher!

 

Q. What if I don’t like my order? What if it doesn’t fit?
A. At Jayqeu, we have a 7-Day return policy if you are not satisfied with our products.

When returning please make sure that the merchandise:
1. is unworn
2. still contains all the original tags
3. is in the original packaging

Q. What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?
A. Care is taken to ensure that you receive what you order. However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact Customer Service to initiate and schedule the return process describe above. Our agent shall then replace the wrong shipment according to your specifications.

Q. I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?
A. At Jayqeu, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request at cs@jayqeu.com and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours.

Q. Do you have extra charges for delivery?
A. For orders within Pakistan, deliveries are free of charge on all orders PKR 1,500. Any order below this amount will be charged PKR 150 as shipping costs.

Q. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
A. Although we try to maintain a stock level that keeps up with our expected demand, certain items which are highly popular may exceptionally run out of stock. As our stocks are continuously updated, please browse Jayqeu regularly to keep yourself posted of the latest trends in the world of fashion.

Cash on Delivery

This is currently our standard delivery method. By using this method, you pay for your order once a delivery agent reaches you. Once you place an order on our website, our Customer Care Specialist will call/SMS to confirm your order before it is dispatched. Once the order reaches you, you can take receipt of the order by making the due payment to the delivery agent.
